China Resources is one of China’s oldest and most prestigious corporations.  They wanted a new Headquarters building that represented the stature and stability of their brand.
The 25-story granite clad tower we designed for them achieved those goals for their headquarters building in the capital city of Beijing.
During the design process the American Club decided that this would be an ideal location, we were able to incorporate the club’s requirements into the design of the podium level amenities and top floor of the tower.
