37-story office tower for the JG Summit Group Corporate Headquarters.
The challenge on this prominent, yet constrained Metro Manila urban site, was to accommodate the required office area and parking spaces, while presenting a prestigious corporate image.
The solution incorporated a side core with three-sided wrap around office space and a rotated façade that took advantage of the view angle along Ayala Avenue.
