Jurong Town Center is the government agency that regulates Singapore’s high-tech industry.  JTC functions as the Planning and Building Departments that administer tech company’s project approvals and construction.
The three podium atrium levels of the building are programmed for the agency department’s interface with the public.
The upper-level tower floors accommodate the administration offices, with executive level facilities located on the top floor.
