This Japanese National Telecommunication Headquarters is the center piece of a master planned district built on reclaimed land in Tokyo Bay.
The framed opening of the 24-story tower creates a Gateway image, axially focused on the distant landmark Tokyo Tower.
The 5-story atrium podium contains recording studios and related public amenities.  A dedicated light-rail transit loop links the building and the master planned district to the mainland.
The rooftop bridge contains an educational exhibition center with spectacular views of the Tokyo skyline.
